• 19" floor-standing distribution board with IP20 protection rating
• The distribution board includes 4 adjustable vertical rails for mounting the components (6 in distribution boards deeper than 800 mm).
• Distribution board construction: welded steel construction with removable walls / single or double doors in the versions solid sheet, perforated (80% air passage) or glass door with 4 mm thick safety glass. They can be mounted at the front or rear of the distribution board / Preparation for mounting vertical cable routing panels and socket strips, including fixings, on the frame / Preparation for easy baying of cabinets.
• The permissible load capacity of the individual doors is 20 kg max.
• The minimum application thickness is 65 microns
• These cabinets are designed for the installation of data and telecommunication equipment and their distribution systems
• The distribution frame as well as all removable parts (side and rear panels, doors, ?) are connected with earthing cables, which must be properly fixed and plugged in during the entire service life of the cabinet
• There is an M8 screw in the bottom of the distribution board as the main earthing point
• Cable entries with break-out covers are located at the top and bottom.

OPERATING CONDITIONSOperating conditions:

• Offices
• The distribution board is not intended for outdoor use or in conditions that may have a negative influence on its function and that of the installed components (e.g. environment with risk of explosion or damp and wet rooms).

It must be protected against:

• mechanical damage
• improper handling
• use other than that for which the distributor is intended.

Improper treatment means in particular:

• overloading (exceeding the recommended maximum load)
• installation of equipment that may negatively affect the operation and functioning of the manifold or the installed components
• tampering with the manifold construction and its design

INSTALLATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION BOARD:

• In order to guarantee the recommended maximum load, the load must be evenly distributed.
• The distribution board must be placed on a level surface, any small unevenness can be compensated with the levelling feet.
• In case cables are inserted through one of the openings, they can be sealed with the brush strip (which is part of the accessory pack) or the plastic frame.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION All parts are made of recyclable materials. They are to be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations after the distributor has been taken out of service.
