The new generation of the N1 RMA free-standing distribution box series utilises innovative elements in the frame construction that enable a higher load capacity of 800 kg for all sizes while maintaining the construction strength.

High stability of the construction
The RMA has a robust welded construction. The high quality of workmanship and the latest technologies ensure the great appearance of the trolley. The double doors are fitted with plug-in hinges.

Flexible door opening
The hinge system allows the door to be opened by almost 180°. The doors can be easily removed and the door hinge changed.

Triton lever handles
We manufacture our own swivelling lever handles for free-standing distributors. By replacing the plastic module (not included in the accessory pack), a semi-cylindrical locking cylinder can also be used (optional accessory). Patent: PUV 2013-27443

Adjustable vertical locking rails
The vertical 19" raster rails are infinitely adjustable in the enclosure depth. This facilitates the installation of components and cable management.

Removable side and rear panels
The RMA has a welded frame and removable side panels. Like the rear panel, these are attached to the frame with keyed alike locks as standard.

Special doors for ventilation units
A special solid sheet metal door for the installation of the RAx-CH-X0x-X3 ventilation units can be ordered for this type of distributor. More information can be found in the Active ventilation section.

Break-out panels
The cable entries in the rear part of the distributor are fitted with break-out blanking plates. They can be sealed against dust using the brush strip. A plastic frame protects the cables from damage (both are included in the accessory pack).

Opening for the ventilation unit
The large opening with a break-out panel allows a Triton fan panel to be fitted and removed from the outside without the need for screws.

Castors, levelling feet, plinth
The distributor can be installed on levelling feet (part of the accessory pack) using the optional equipment for plinths, castors or heavy-duty castors with support frame if necessary.

Rear panel
The removable side and rear panels have the same keyed alike locks as the front door as standard.

Ventilation slots in the frame
The RMA distributors have ventilation slots in the frame for the supply of cooling air to the installed components. Cooling can be supported by installing a ventilation unit.

Earthing
All removable parts are interconnected and earthed in accordance with the relevant standard requirements.

Flex frame
(applies to 800 mm wide distributors) The system enables the installation of adjustable vertical mounting rails at 19", 21" and 23" spacing, depending on the technology used.

Centre pair of vertical mounting rails
For distribution boards with a depth of over 800 mm, we supply a third pair of vertical mounting rails as standard, which do not interfere with the installation of deeper components thanks to their open profile. Shorter components can be attached to the centre verticals using various types of supports (optional accessories).

Swivelling frame
The 800 mm wide RMA and RZA distributors can be fitted with a swivelling frame with a load capacity of 150 kg. The maximum installation depth for 19" accessories is 330 mm.

Installation of the distributor

• In order to ensure the recommended maximum load, the load must be distributed evenly
• The distributor must be installed on a level surface; any minor unevenness can be levelled out using the levelling feet, which are part of the accessory pack
• In the event that cables are inserted through one of the openings, these can be sealed against dust with the brush strip and fitted with the protective frame (both part of the accessory pack)

Environmental protection

• All parts are made from recyclable materials. They must be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations after the distributor has been decommissioned

Increased load capacity from 1200 kg to 1500 kg:Reinforcing element for the vertical raster rails: The closed 1.5 mm (consisting of 4 parts) thick profile increases the load capacity of the tundish to up to 1500 kg. Recommended stabilisation set RAX-VR-Txx-Yx for 800 mm wide distributors. Its assembly stabilises the distributor and at the same time enables vertical cable routing.

Demountable bolted floor-standing distribution box, IP20, load capacity up to 800 kg.

Large distribution board and narrow door - this is exactly the design of the RZA enclosure. Thanks to the robust construction of the individual parts and the sophisticated tap-tide screw connections, the high load capacity and above all the stability of the welded version have been retained.

Demountability
The individual parts of the RZA are bolted together, resulting in a compact design with the same load-bearing capacity as the welded distributor. Most of the parts are connected using thread-forming Taptite screws. This ensures that the screw connections are still very strong even after repeated disassembly. The distributor is supplied assembled and can be partially or completely dismantled for transport to hard-to-reach places.

Cable inlets
Cable inlet in the roof and floor 300 x 100 mm with sealed cover. In the accessory pack of the manifold is a multiple cable entry with increased degree of protection.
Ceiling trim
The large roof trim enables the installation of an air-conditioning unit with orientation of the air flow according to the needs of the installed components. The installation of an air-conditioning unit reduces the degree of protection of the entire unit to IP20.
IP54 manifoldThe manifolds of the RIE range with increased degree of protection are designed for the protection of the components especially from the harmful effects of water and dust. The roof perforation is only design and does not reduce the tightness. The side panels are fixed to the frame with screws and, like the doors, have a foam seal. They have openings for baying cabinets.
Multi-point closure
The bar closure enables a perfect seal of the door against the cabinet frame. The system is compatible with the handles and locks of leading manufacturers on the world market, including electronic and code locks.
Adjustable vertical latching rails
Complement the two pairs of infinitely adjustable 19" rails with a third central pair for cabinets deeper than 800 mm.
Sealing, earthing
Triron uses a 3D robot for gluing in the glass and applying the foam seal. All removable cabinet parts are connected to each other Central M8 earthing point on the rear wall. Markings for adjusting the vertical latching rails on the support rails facilitate installation.

• The cabinet is not intended for outdoor installations and for installations in environment that can influence negatively the functionality of the cabinet and the mounted devices (e.g. environment with danger of explosion or humid and wet surroundings).

Must be protected against:

• Mechanical damage
• Improper manipulation
• A different usage than the cabinet is intended for

Improper manipulation is especially:

• Overloading (maximum recommended load exceeding).
• Device installation that can influence negatively operation and function of the cabinet or the installed equipment.
• Change of the construction or design of the cabinet.

INSTALLATION OF THE CABINET

• To ensure the maximal recommended load, it is necessary to distribute the load equally.
• Place the cabinet on a flat floor and compensate an eventual small roughness with the nivelation feet.
• To avoid dust penetration in a case where cables lead through some of the cable openings, it is possible to seal it with a blanking panel with a brush or secure by plastic frame (both are part of the cabinet supply).

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

• All parts are made of recyclable materials and after its discard, it is necessary to dispose the cabinet according to valid regulations.
