Titan TTC-SC20(C)+ Dual Fridge Fan 140x25mm IP55, Timer Mode

The Titan double fan noticeably improves the cooling performance of the refrigerator, and energy savings of up to 40 % are possible with absorption refrigerators. Both automatic control of the fan speed by means of the temperature sensor supplied and manual control are possible. With temperature control (AUTO), the fans switch on automatically and also switch off again automatically when the temperature drops below 20°C. The fan speed depends on the ambient temperature. The timer function allows the fans to run on for a certain period of time (max. 4 hours); this is possible both in automatic mode with temperature-controlled fan speed and in manual mode at the previously selected speed level. After this run-on period, the fans then switch off automatically.
You can use this double fan in your motorhome, caravan, camper van or even in a truck. Ideal as a refrigerator fan or also for ventilation in the home cinema, audio/video cabinet, the home server, as network cooling and for much more. The double fan is pre-assembled in the aluminium mounting frame.

Titan TTC-SC21/V3.0+ Caravan Motorhome Roof Window Double Fan 2x140mm, with RC

This product is not suitable for caravans, as the residual frequencies of the AC current remaining after transformation into DC current may damage the fan electronics.
Please connect the fan only to a 12V DC connector. Please make sure to test the functionality of the double fan and control unit before installation, so that you do not have to remove it again in case of possible complaints.
For motorhomes with constant battery DC supply the fan can be used without any problems.
The multi-purpose roof window double fan is equipped with TITAN exclusive 9-blades silent fan and the function of reversible airflow to ventilate and cool various spaces such as motorhomes, travel trucks, houses, drivers cabs and so on.

Control panel with 6 speed levels and 7 timer settings. It is easy to switch the airflow direction for drawing fresh air in or extracting stale air out and select the comfort speed as well as turn off time. It allows quickly heat transfer and fresh air circulation. By 12V DC current and 280 CMF airflow amount, this roof window fan can increase over 80% flow efficiency of room, toilet or kitchen in your motorhome.

Moreover, roof window can be closed or opened without dismounting the double fan. The thickness of fan is only 34mm. It is suitable for roof window insect screens without dismounting it.

If you remove the toilet cassette, there is a flap that you can open.
Our motorhome (Challenger) has a 30 mm pipe as standard, but this is not fitted ex works in all models.
To retrofit this, you can buy a very simple pipe with a diameter of 30 mm from a DIY store and fit it yourself.
Please note that the pipe must protrude approx. 20 mm from the floor.
Our fan will then be attached to this pipe.

Proceed as follows:

A cable comes down to connect the fan
Place our fan on the tube and fasten it to the base with the 4 screws supplied.
An aluminium rail is supplied, which can be bent at a 90° angle for the appropriate position, where our microswitch is also installed. This is installed so that the microswitch is directly on the U-profile for the cassette flap, so that the U-profile comes against the microswitch when the toilet is opened to activate the fan. if this is the case, the aluminium rail must be glued to the side. Please note that the microswitch must be firmly pressed in.
Another cable is installed at the top of the side, which you must connect to 12V.
After connection, a carbon filter is inserted to eliminate any odours, this is closed with the cover and the cassette can be reinserted.

If everything is installed correctly, our fan switches on as soon as you open the toilet. When you close the toilet again, our fan switches off again.
The speed of the fan can be changed using the toggle switch supplied; there will be two speed levels.
In the event that the cassette is too full and liquid gets through the pipe to our fan, our fans will not be damaged as we have installed a flap that allows the liquid to flow directly onto the floor.
